Greg Brett, our Acting Provincial, received news from the General Curia, ratifying the change of our name from Province of Australia to Province of Oceania. Greg Gay, our Superior General, writes,
“We have no objection to the four assembly proposals made, and duly note our approval of the new name for your province: the Oceania Province. As stated in your document, it truly reflects who you are as members of the Congregation of the Mission in this area of the world.”
